Oliver Michael is a South Sudanese social worker and has worked in development and humanitarian domain for over 14 years. His work helped him to discover the existing gaps in service delivery caused by lack of existing community assets to complement the efforts of the government. So this discovery inspired him to start developing his career in business and NGO development. He holds BA in NGO management with Social Work, MA in Environmental Policy majoring in project management with African Studies and a post-graduate diploma in social development.

Sadia Suzan is one of the four founding members of ERP. She is currently one of the five board members of ERP in South Sudan. Sadia has BBA majoring in general administration, Diploma in the same field with 17 years work experience in humanitarian management in South Sudan. She remains highly motivated and committed to the cause of ERP.

David Masua is one of the founders of ERP and remains highly influential to the growth of the organization. He is a South Sudanese holding several Masters degrees in education leadership and management. David has been heading Windle Trust International in South Sudan for the last 10years creating lasting impacts in the education sector. David is highly committed to environmental sustainability while inspiring young people and policymakers to take actions that can save our natural resources. Having such empowering person on the board of ERP was the only option and indeed, he has dedicated his efforts and time to ensure the sustainability, and credibility of ERP.

Abdallah Michael Charles is a South Sudanese currently doing masters in finance management at the Uganda Catholic University BBA from the same University and holds several diplomas in accounting. Abdalla is one of the founding members of ERP in South Sudan. He has been a member of the board in South Sudan providing a lot of advisory on financial affairs
